However, a combination of macro-economic factors such as housing prices, wage growth and interest rates have made home ownership harder than ever for many Americans, especially first-time homebuyers. Aspiring homeowners with ties to the neighborhood, motivated to make a long term impact in their community. This could include teachers, first responders, ministry workers and entrepreneurs and more.
Priority with be given to those referred by organizations participating in the local Every Person Empowered ecosystem.
Aspiring Multifamily Homeowners
Owning, living in, and operating a duplex or triplex can be a great way to build long-term wealth, increase income and provide a safe and affordable housing option for renters. We are looking for property owners committed to empowerment of tenants and overall neighborhood flourishing.
